Membership Rules and Benefits for 2022-2023

We are developing new rules. More to follow…

Volunteers and docents support gallery activities. These mostly include opening the gallery for public viewing during operating hours. A docent is a volunteer who has taken time to better learn about an exhibitor’s work and can answer questions about an exhibitor and his or her work. Most of the time we use these word interchangeably, but there can be a difference. We encourage volunteers to learn more about the works on display.

As a benefit to volunteers and docents, we allow their prints to be submitted to our open submissions events for free.

Tower Square provide free parking to volunteers and docents for the mid-day times they are assigned for gallery duty. Street parking in Springfield is free after 6pm each day and all-day on weekends.

There are other forms of volunteer work that involve maintenance of the gallery and meeting room and studio spaces.

Patrons and Supporters

We are thankful for patrons and supporters who have made contributions in the past. As we are a not-for-profit organization, we can only grow through the generosity of other. We do try to keep expenses to a minimum, and there are no salaried positions. There are inevitable costs, however; so, we appreciate the help.

Our gallery is a curated exhibition space. We typically change exhibitions every four to eight weeks. You can learn more about becoming an exhibitor here.

You can use the Contact menu item if you want to join, volunteer, donate, or exhibit.
