Celebrating and supporting Photography In Western Massachusetts and the Connecticut River Valley
The Valley Photo Center will celebrate Black History Month in February, 2023 with a tribute to Gordon Parks. As part of the celebration, we will be displaying photographs inspired by Gordon Parks in a juried photo contest and exhibit.
The theme for the contest is Photographs That Your Heart Told You To Make. Enter photographs you make that you felt passionate about when you made them.

Enter our new monthly Photo Contest! Each month we’ll feature your photographs on our web site and talk about them at our monthly meeting and we’ll have a people’s choice award. Winners will get a VPC tee shirt and free print entry for our next Open Submission Show.
The first contest deadline will be January 18, 2017 and the theme will be “Christmas and Holiday Lights”. Details to upload soon.
